mooDesk is a help-desk product built for Moodle. We define, design, build, license, document and support it ourselves.
It is on this site because it is the product we can show in enough detail to demonstrate how product definition, design and engineering come together in real software.
Moodle is the platform mooDesk runs in, and the platform where our work inside platforms is publicly documented. What this page describes is product design and engineering, done inside a platform an organization already runs on.
